Rajiv Kachroo is a film actor, hailing from India and was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He completed his studies from Ness Wadia College of Commerce. He has worked in several movies alongside a high profile actor. In 1994, he appeared in a tv series called “Zabaan Sambhal Ke” which was an Indian version of the British sitcom Mind Your Language released in 1977.
Career
After appearing in the Indian version of “Mind Your Language”, he then worked in the short drama “Cactus” which was directed and written by Amreetaa Roy. While it features Karan Dharamsi.
In 2009, Rajiv Kachroo was seen in the most popular movie “Pa” which has won the twelve awards and also earned ten nominations.
In the same year, he did another movie “Do Paise Ki Dhoop, Chaar Aane Ki Baarish” in which he portrayed the role of a sports teacher. Moreover, he is also known for the role of Bajrangi in the movie “Dabangg” which was released in the year 2010. The film casts Salman Khan and Rajiv has also appeared in the sequel “Dabangg 3” which was released in 2019.
In 2011, he also worked in the movie “Reddy” and also made an appearance in an action thriller movie “Holiday “ in which he played the role of Noel, released in 2014. In the movie, Bollywood superstars Akshay Kumar, Sonakshi Sinha, and Freddy Daruwala played the lead roles. Fortunately, the movie won the four awards and earned three nominations.
In 2014, he also did another movie “Ungli” in which he portrayed the role of inspector Kadam. While his other appearance in the movie “Gabbar Is Back” and also appeared in the movie “Jazbaa” which was released in 2016. While in the same year, he worked in the telefilm “First Look” Season 2 in which he played the role of Chief Mishra. However, he has been constantly winning the hearts of many with his excellent acting prowess and appeared in several movies in which he worked alongside big names.
